About 40% of Musicians are iNtuitives. Are You One of Them?
One of the most fundamental differences in how people see the world lies in their preference for taking in information through direct sensory input or through abstract pattern recognition known as intuition. This difference is rooted in our neurology, similar to our preference for using our right or left hand.
This preference has an impact on our opinions, how we relate to other people and the world around us as well as what we notice and pay attention to, and in large part, how our lives play out.
In the Myers-Briggs system we call those with a sensory preference ‘sensors’ and those with an intuitive preference ‘intuitives’.
